Article 8 – Confidentiality and Data Protection
8.1 This agreement governs the provision by the Service Provider of legal advisory services to the Client. As such, the Service Provider undertakes to treat as strictly confidential all Protected Information provided by the Client, including personal data concerning its employees, directors, business partners, and subcontractors.
8.2 The Service Provider will only use the Protected Information for the purpose of performing the agreement and will not copy, reproduce, disclose, or make it available to third parties without the prior written authorization of the Client, except in the event of a mandatory legal obligation or a final court decision.
8.3 When the service involves a transfer of Protected Information outside the European Union, the Service Provider guarantees that contractual and technical measures are in place to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and any applicable local legislation.
8.4 Upon termination of the contract, for any reason whatsoever, the Service Provider will, upon instruction from the Client, return or securely destroy the Protected Information and will certify in writing that this obligation has been fulfilled.

As such, the Service Provider undertakes to treat as strictly confidential all Protected Information communicated by the Client, including personal data concerning its employees, executives, business partners, and subcontractors.
8.2 The Service Provider shall use the Protected Information solely for the purpose of performing the agreement and is prohibited from copying, reproducing, disclosing, or making it available to third parties without the prior written authorization of the Client, except in cases of mandatory legal obligation or final court decision.
8.3 When the service involves the transfer of Protected Information outside the European Union, the Service Provider guarantees the implementation of contractual and technical measures ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and any applicable local legislation.
8.4 Upon termination of the contract, for any reason whatsoever, the Service Provider shall, at the Client's instruction, proceed with the return or secure destruction of the Protected Information and shall provide written confirmation of the fulfillment of this obligation.

As such, the Service Provider undertakes to treat as strictly confidential all Protected information communicated by the Customer, including personal data concerning its employees, managers, business partners and subcontractors.
8.2 The Service Provider will only use the Protected Information for the purposes of the execution of the agreement and is prohibited from copying, reproducing, disclosing or making available to third parties without written authorization prior consent of the Customer, unless mandatory legal obligation or final judicial decision.
8.3 When the service involves a transfer of Protected Information outside the European Union, the Service Provider guarantees the implementation of contractual and technical measures ensuring a level equivalent to that required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and by any local legislation applicable.
8.4 Upon termination of the contract, for whatever reason, the Service Provider will proceed, on instruction the Client, to the return or secure destruction of the Protected Information and will attest in writing of the execution of this obligation.

8.3 Where the service involves the transfer of Protected Information outside the European Union, the Service Provider guarantees that contractual and technical measures will be put in place to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and by any applicable local legislation.
8.4 Upon termination of the contract, for any reason whatsoever, the Service Provider shall, on the instructions of the Client, return or securely destroy the Protected Information and shall certify in writing the fulfilment of this obligation.
